Cast steel pressure seal check valve

Check valves are designed to only permit flow in one direction, protecting systems against the negative effects of reverse flow, such as system shutdown. They don't need outside actuation because they are totally flow-reaction operated. The orientation of the check valve installation should be done with care. Please refer to the relevant Installation Operation Manual (IOM) for information.
1.Advanced pressure seal design.
2.No penetration of hinge pin to outside. Eliminates pin seal leakage and provides in-line service.
3.Compact cage unit. All moving parts are attached to the hanger block/hanger ring and can be removed easily for service.
4.Forged seat/disc is hardfaced with CoCr alloy, ground and lapped to a mirror finish for maximum erosion resistance and long service life. The seat is seal-welded to the body.
5.Disc can partially adjust for tight shutoff. In the fully open position, it rests against a stop.
6.CoCr alloy bearings for hinge pin.
7.Easy in-line service. All parts are easily accessible for maintenance. Seating faces can be re-lapped.
8.Forged bonnet.
